Contesting a Will
There might be grounds for contesting a Will if for example the person who made the Will was acting under duress or was not of full mental capacity; if the Will was not signed in accordance with the legal formalities; or if the person who made the Will has not made adequate financial provision for a dependant, then it is possible to contest a Will.
We can advise and assist on the merits of any such a claim and assist with negotiation and dispute resolution to try and resolve the problem before court proceedings are issued, if proceedings are issued we can provide representation and advice through the course of such proceedings.
