- Applying to the Court of Protection for a Deputy Order where no Power of Attorney is in place and capacity has already been lost
We offer a fixed fee for preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney which includes our fee for providing the Certificate of Capacity required within the forms. We also offer a fixed fee for the registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian.
