Residential Conveyancing Secretary
Salary negotiable and subject to experience.
We are looking for a legal secretary with range of skills to work in our property team based at our Loughborough Office.
Experience in Residential Property is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
Knowledge of the use of online services such as the Land Registry and HMRC would again be desirable but not essential.
The Applicant would need to be proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Excel, and whilst desirable (but not essential) Conveyancing Case Management Systems.
We are seeking a candidate who can give confidence to Clients in their matters which are frequently time-critical.
We work as a team and a willingness to undertake a variety of tasks in support of fee earners is necessary such as dealing with general queries, assisting with completions, conducting searches, typing, liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents.
The candidate must show a willingness to assist in other areas of legal practice within the Firm when necessary.
